A painted sphere sits on a piece of canvas. The sphere's painting is seemingly haphazard and was done in such a way that overspray landed no parts of the canvas. There is a distinctly unpainted portion of canvas directly under the sphere and the lighting is stark such that the sphere also casts a shadow on the canvas.
