Bibliothèque au Palais du Luxembourg

A long formal library room at the Luxembourg palace. In the center of the room (and the frame) is a large rectangular table with 6 lamps on it in a line. The walls are lined with book shelves filled with books. There is a second story walkway above and a ladders to access books on the sides. The ceiling is a vaulted arch with a number of skylights and paintings.
